Plugins manager usage screenshots

Right now, the instructions for using the plugins manager feels very busy. Should we remove the screenshots and replace them with a video?

Noobs need not SKR-L to the other half of the page!

Installing from Git URL

Add installing from a Git URL (added in 4.0.0rc5) under "How to Install Plugins".

Should probably split the "How to Install Plugins" into multiple headings.
